Electronic control for fluorescent lamps from 4 - 16 W. Supplies non-flickering light, saves energy and increases the life of the lamps. Warm start makes it suitable for lamps that are turned on and off frequently. Auto shut-off if the lamp breaks. Can be DC powered by e.g. a backup power supply.
