ESD hot-air SMD rework station has a digital display to see the actual temperature. The PID sensor is adopted in the closed circuit. Temperature is accurate and stable. BGA and CSP components or other components that are sensitive to temperature can be soldered safely. The cooling system can still blow airflow for some time after the unit is shut off. And the power supply can be put off automatically when the temperature of the airflow is lower than 100°C.
